Sipi Falls a starting point for trekking Mount Elgon is situated on the edge of Mount Elgon, offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. Located in eastern Uganda, it's a 4-hour drive from Kampala.
The hikes can be difficult and muddy, but they’re deserving of your energy when you stop to look at the beauty of the falls, you’ll forget about your aching feet and mud-stained trousers. To hike all three falls, it’ll take you roughly 3 hours. The falls consist of three waterfalls, with hikes ranging from 3 hours. The trails take you through farmlands, local communities, and along a river. The three waterfalls are 85m high, 65m high, with a cave behind and 100m high, with a swimming area
